    I don't think that they have the Amy Dixon DVDs in regular stores. I got mine from Amazon, but they have them on Collagevideo.com and also her site. The nice thing with Collage and Amazon is that they have free shipping if you spend more than $25. I also have her "Give me 10 More" and "Sculpted body" DVDs. She has a new Breathless 2 out that I want to get soon!

    It is very similar as far as intensity. Maybe a little harder. It's 10 sets (I think it's 10, if not it's 8) of Tabata intervals, 20 seconds each (each set 8X) with a 10 second break. In Insanity, you do about 10 minutes of exercise/cardio, then he takes a 8 min (or so) break and do stretching, so the heartrate comes down. It doesn't really come down with Breathless. It's a fantastic workout! : 1 minute a
