Working on becoming the healthier person I know I am deep down inside.

Every time you misstep on your healthy journey, you have two choices: to keep walking backwards, which will surely take you even further away from your goals; or to accept your lack of perfection as normal and forgivable, and take not one, but two positive steps down the path that brings your closer to the future you want!!

Fitness Minutes: 17,436

My Goals:
1st Goal: Keep going until Valentine's day. I want to stick to my calories per day and working out each day.

Made 1st goal. :)

2nd Goal: Now I want to keep going until my husbands b-day, 04/30.

Made 2nd goal :)

3rd Goal: Keep going with cal tracking and working out until our anniversy 06/22.

Milestones:

Lost 10% of body weight 02/22/10 (29lbs).

Next milstone, 10% body weight 25 more lbs (54 total for the year).

Lost another 10% of body weight 04/21/10. Reward = a new purse

Next milestone 10% of body weight, 23 more lbs ( 77 lbs for the year)

I will shoot for 23 lbs by 07/30/10. = reward a new pair of shoes.

Lost 78.4 total on 07/21/09. !!!!!!!

Under 200 (196.6) on 10/13/2010.

Next milestone 100lbs total. Shooting for 10/27/10.


My Program:
Watch my calories (between 1200 - 1400) and workout 6 days aweek, but pretty much everyday.
