    Hi Jackie - Well, the plumbing job didn't go as planned so we're without a bathroom sink until at least Thursday or so. : (

    I go to Redwood Covenant Church over on Sebastopol Rd. If you go to Sebastopol Rd and turn RT, its down by the business park past the condos on the RT.
    I've been going there about 5 yrs now - how time flies! I've been involved in different ministries through the time. This last year on the Women's Ministry Team, and the last two years or so a Women of Faith group leader for the event in October in Sacramento. This is my last year doing that and the Women's Ministry Team.
    I still volunteer in the Welcome Center after 2nd service. They have a hard time finding people to do thatl
    Plus I'm in a book club that now meets monthly on a Saturday afternoon in different ladies' homes. We're reading Jane Eyre right now.

    I'm back to the gym just after 4:00 am tomorrow for the treadmill and then to the gym at work for a lower body workout. I'm thinking of having one of the personal trainers there show me how to use the Smith Squat machine.

    Glad you had a great cardio session, you can do the Zumba! There's a learning curve to all of them even when you're in the group setting with others. I figure if I'm giving it my best effort over time my movements improve and I'll get it.
    I used to do Richard Simmons early in the morning before my road construction job, and it really helped with my weight and my flexibility.

    Hi Jackie,
    Sunday I need to be at church by 9 and will be there until 1 in the afternoon, actually the next few Sundays that will be my schedule.
    I attend one service and help out during the last service. Normally I do this the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month but this month one of the church staff is on vacation for a few weeks so they need more volunteers (that's me!).

    How's your week been?
    What videos do you do? I've been looking at the Chalene Extreme video set and will order that soon to do at home in addition to going to the gym for weights and the treadmill, eliptical etc.

    I'm reading a book called "The Blood Sugar Solution" by Mark Hyman, MD.
    Since I have diabetes and the other often associated illnesses, I find this book brings together many of the concepts from other sources. Plus it still features a plant based food plan, no sugar, no refined grains, lean proteins etc.
    Plus it brings in exercise, using blood glucose readings, journaling, logging food and exercise, meditation, etc. Its actually pretty good and the plan is designed to ease into it.
    Tomorrow morning and maybe early afternoon I'll be the worker bee while my uncle helps me take our bathroom sink off the wall, replace the pipes and reattach the sink to the wall. After that I'll do some gardening and other things around the house to keep caught up.

    We can walk on the route you suggest, works for me. We'll be there at 8:30 (my dog and I). Sounds like you walk east first and then back to Stony Point?
    We'll be on the south side of the creek at Stony Point, on the trail so we're not waiting by the traffic.

    I have a red corgi - Bunny, and I, myself, have relatively short hair, wear glasses, will have on black capris and a t-shirt.
