Still working to find the balance between healthy and living. I have been teaching high school for twenty-seven years and am working on twenty-eight! At this point , I am happy, healthy and thankful for my family. I want to continue to provide an example to my children of what balanced, clean living can provide. Although I am fairly active, I also enjoy my computer time ;)

Fitness Minutes: 204,026

My Goals:
I have fallen into a trap of gain 10 pounds, lose 5, gain 5 lose 10...., but my goal is to try to stop the roller coaster of losing and gaining. As I get older, I find it easier to gain and harder to lose...I am currently 5 pounds from my goal weight. I am trying not to fixate on the endgame. I am trying to change my habits for a lifetime.

My Program:
Cardio: Mixture of Treadmill and circuit challenges : Current Transform 20 (Shaun T)
Strength: Challenges - Current: Control Freack (Autumn Calebrese)
Stretching: Evening stretch 10 minutes
Steps: Aiming for at least 15,000 a day but work to get at least 10,000 minimum - I love my Fitbit and my Fitbit friends!

Personal Information:
I live in British Columbia and I am primarily a Core French high school teacher, although I have many leadership roles in my school, educational leader. I
I am married to a wonderful partner and we have two amazing sons aged 19 and 22 Life is good.

Other Information:
Every time that I exercise, I have hope that I will reach my goals. I need to stay active in order to keep my motivation alive! My mother has Alzheimer's and I see the value of living each day to the fullest.
