    You are quite welcome. Still kinda taking it slow. Once bitten twice shy. Just doing a little at a time. My main bike the one I wrecked is in the shop. I would wear the shoe booties. I prefer warm feet. As long as my head and feet are warm, I am golden. Enjoy your ride, be safe and warm! emoticon emoticon

    I am jealous going to Moab on Thanksgiving!! Take some photos would love to see that area. One thing on my bucket list is to ride the Continental divide. Next spring I am planning on taking a trip down the Appalachian Trail, I am making that my birthday present to myself. Shoulder is doing fine, still weak, I am slowly building up my strength again after not being able to lift anything over 5 pounds with it. Hey no worries about complaining about your shoulder, I know how you feel!! And yes no Gonzo descents please!

    I love bike swaps. I got one of my 3 mountain bikes that way. Glad you had fun! Now let's get your shoulder fixed! My authors was not fun. The first one they had to repair the rotor cuff, biceps, Landry muscles. Plus they had to grind by my shoulder bone and clean up the fragments that had broken off. My second one was my shoulder became frozen, it wouldn't move past a certain point. So they basically went in retest everything and reattached everything, clean out all the scar tissue that had built up and then moved my shoulder around while I was still past out to make sure I was finally good to go! It sucks. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. But enough about me I hope your shoulder is getting better, how are you fairing? emoticon

    Thanks for the comment on my Sparkpage. Not much words of wisdom accept. When the pain got to unbearable I would put my bike on my trainer of I would ride one of the stationary bikes at my local gym. I am a little jealous, you could muster 45 minutes it hurt a lot when I got on my bike and rode my trainer. The only other thing I can think of is completely immobilize your arm while you ride and endure the pain. Or ride one of those sit down bikes you can ride when you have a bad back. Sorry I couldn't be much more help then that. I hope you get better. Take it from one that knows first hand it's going to be a long road to recovery but you will get there!
