    Sweet im totally with you and am doing it everyother day and just cardio the opposet days. woohoo! today is day 3 then cuz i did cardio on the2nd and up till then i was sick as a dog! today walked dogs for 2and half hours and zumba for an hour! Day 3 done! woohoo!

    Thats cool! Let me know what you find out! Maybe a diff video. Im actually ordering Turbo jam extrem sweat cuz i joined team beach body and can make money off it. I was thinking shred all the weekdays since its only 20 min workout and have the weekends free for other workouts or events and stuff. Let me know if your interested cuz i just tired of being FAT!
