I am here to make some lifestyle changes. My name is Caroline and I am 31, married and have recently gone back to school. I am hoping to get pregnant soon and that is one of the reasons it is important for me to be healthier. I want to get my confidence and self -esteem back. This isn't just an outer change for me but an inner change also.

Once again I am starting over.... it feels like I say that every other week. I seem to always start strong and then I lose my motivation and it all goes down the drain. So Im hoping this time I will achieve my goal weight and just maintain it.

I find myself going through many changes. I worked for 10 years as a barmaid and apperences where the only thing that mattered. It was a very superfical world. I decided to go back to school 2 years ago and now find myself struggling between who I was and who I am. Ever since I quit the bar's I have let myself go, BIG TIME. I don't want to feel this way anymore. Spending so many years working in a superfical enviroment really did a number on my self esteem. There is always someone younger and skinner out there. It's like I lost myself in the process. I know that the spunky sexy girl inside me is still there....I just have to find the 31 year old version of her.
My husband works out of the country so I got pretty lonely and comforted myself with food ounce again. Now I seem to have a problem with binging especially when I`m bored or lonely. Before my wedding I was on Spark and had really good results. I stopped logging in when I reached my goal. That was a big mistake because I need the support even if it is just to maintain my weight. I have been back on Spark on and off for the last few months. This time I want to continue until I reach my goal. My problem area is the belly. I want to lose that jiggle before getting pregnant. Plus I have a couple trips planned this year and I would love to be able to wear my bikini without having to wear one of those wrapp around things to hide my stomach! I know I can do this if I put my heart into it. So I am commiting to getting healthy and being confident again!

I love to cook and eat! I am constantly in the kitchen trying new recipes. I love good wine and good cheese.

I am someone who loves to do anything creative: photography, painting,carving... I studied in Interior design and now am studying in accounting....I know not very creative but it pays the bills!

I love to shop, especially shoes (you don't need the perfect weight for shoes!!!)

I have a black Lab who keeps me busy and I love him to death. I love to travel and lived in Mexico for awhile. I am pretty adventurous and love to have a good time.

Other Information:
I used to figure skate competitively in pairs dance.
I also lived in Mexixo for awhile and had a chance to see parts of the country most people don't get to see.

    Sorry, I haven't had a lot of time to get of the computer lately. I didn't finish the Shred...I'm hoping to do the whole thing after the summer. We're going to be traveling a lot so I figured I might as well wait. I've been doing Turbo Jam a lot. Good luck with the 5k. I took our jogging stroller out the other day for a run, it is such a different feeling with it. :)

    Awesome job this week. I know it will translate to many many weeks to follow. Thanks for checking up on me. Yes being in the big city has left me very much out of the house (which is a good thing - if you can only imagine the temptations I have to deal with her at my mom's home). Madison and I are enjoying the sunshine and the variety of parks and walking paths. Thanks for checking up on me. I am trying to stay strong.
