A lot has happened since October.. some good, some not the best. But its time to get my life back in control. I havent weighed since before the holidays and im a bit scared lol.. but on 01/01/10 I will weigh in again and refocus on bringing that number down. I am watching my intake currently and exercising but im still scared to see the scale...

This past year has been filled with so many ups and downs that I have gone just about crazy. I got to my new low weight of 114 only to turn around and have it go back above 120. I have met so many great people on the diet journey that i have gotten back on track! I refuse to let emotions and life get in the way of my own health and weight. So here I am again doing it the way I know works best.. getting that spark going! hehe

So I have officially lost 30 pounds since starting Spark!
I acheived my original goal of reaching 120lbs on Sept 12th. I decided to lower my goal. Although i dont plan on losing more weight, i want to tone up which in turn will cause me to loose weight. even though i would like to be skinny, i stil want to have muscle and be toned. Im not trying to get that body building look but healthy skinny and toned... =)

I have now been on spark people going on 6 months. i have lost roughly 14 pounds. I am now a healthy BMI and happier and more confident. Im still not at my goal weight but i am proud of myself for sticking to my goal.

My Goals:
Since reaching my goal of being 120 i would now like to maintain under 120 and tone my whole body.

My Program:
I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies, less diet soda and overall reduce calorie intake. I recently joined a gym so i am going there in the mornings, in additon to running/walking my dog. I like to try and do new exercises from my fitness and self magazines.
