Went into hospital Sunday (4/9/2017)with respiratory infection and breathing issues. Will update this when/if I get out.

“The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. It’s your mind you have to convince.” Vince Lombardi

Found this on POOKIE's SparkPage today and it really hit me how true it is.

"If you cannot commit to your life, how can you commit to anything in it?" How true is that? If your goals and ambitions and your LIFE are less important than a pizza or a cake then it really IS time to re-evaluate yourself.

My new motivational quote::

The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. Its your mind you have to convince. Vince Lombardi

I've struggled with being overweight and having low self-esteem for the majority of my life. I've overcome the low self-esteem but I'm still working on the weight issue, that's why I'm a "Spark-People".

"The only failure is not to try, because your effort in itself is a success," Sister Madonna Buder

From article "De-Stress in 3 Minutes or Less

"When you treat yourself with respect, what others say won’t matter nearly so much."

Saw this on a blog and loved it: (Sorry I don't remember who's)

Eat for the body you WANT.
NOT for the body you HAVE

I will be my own PAL

Saw this in an SP article about Fatitude:

There will always be problems to contend with, but you can choose how you react to them.

"If you hate your body, then there is no motivation to treat it well."

I pledge to take control of myself, to stop making excuses, and stop blaming other people or situations.
