Hello, my name is Beth! I've been married for over 2 years (3 in October) and I have been fairly active due to Turbo Jam & ChaLEAN Extreme since January of this year. I have lost 10 pounds doing ChaLEAN Extreme and I'm on a quest to find my next challenge of a workout! I have found Chalene Johnson's workouts to be the most inspiring and FUN for me.

I also tried the 30 Day Shred w/ Jillian Michaels and I didn't see much results and it was just work. I know many others have found her workouts to be helpful and life-changing...just didn't work out to be that way for me. :)

Now I'm working on my diet even more - specifically making it yeast-free, sugar-free, wheat-free, and dairy-free for the next 90 days. I have been reading many books about the "yeast connection" and I believe that this will make me feel even better health-wise!

Fitness Minutes: 1,375

My Goals:
I have lost 10 pounds already and maintained that for a month or two now...now it is time to kick it up a notch again!

*Maintain a yeast-free diet for 90 days.

Workout Schedule
Effective 6/1/09:

Monday: ChaLEAN Extreme - Burn Circuit
Tuesday: Cardio & Abs
Wednesday: ChaLEAN Extreme - Push Circuit
Thursday: Get-Lean Intervals
Friday: ChaLEAN Extreme - Lean Circuit
Saturday: Cardio & Abs
Sunday: Recharge (Yoga)



My Program:
Like I said, variety is key for me! I am really enjoying the workout DVDs I have found and now that the weather is warming up nicely - I can go out for a jog now. We eat at home a lot, which is great because then I can really make sure we're eating the right stuff and the right portions of it! :)

I love hanging out with friends, planning parties, and spending quality time with the hubby.

    Hi Beth...How have you been? I came back for a little while, but then I joined Weight Watchers, but decided today to get back here. I think I'll just use both for a little while cause I think I like spark better and it's free. Anyway thanks for leaving a comment, I thought all of my "original" buddies were gone. Congrats on losing 10 lbs.

    Beth are you back? I saw that you had new pics so I came by your page. Karin and I are still around and after not being motivated at all for a long time and gaining weight, I am really working towards making this the year that I get to where I want to be. Come by and talk to us on our thread or stop by the new one I started Need a buddy in the 20 somethings. Everybody kinda stopped posting so I started it one day. Anyway there's alot of good people on that thread too. Well, I hope to hear from you soon.
