Thanks to a gentle nudge by a fellow sparkmate I have brought myself back...to delete this account...to cease being spark member since I hadnt been here forever it seems...but I find myself pausing..rethinking the decision to leave so in that hesitation the voice of reasoning says..you really should give it a go again...

So I shall do what I need to readjust myself and to cease the negatives that keep me from the goal..

March 7 2010 89.9 kilos...not hungry..ready to move..ready to lose...my mind....no no my body..already lost my mind :)

May 11 2010...I am on the 5%SummerChallenge with the Teddybears...this mamabear is enjoying the process..

July 6 2010...I have lost 2.2 pounds..while not exactly 5% of my weight was lost...I still lost and that is something! I continue to be conscious of what I eat and still try to drink my water...

    I think the key to doing the physical workout stuff is not to plan too much. Just spur of the moment for the first couple of times. Surprise that part of your brain that really doesn't want to go. It is that stubborn part of your brain that just can't find your work out shoes or forgot that you really need to do something else right now, etc.
    Mine keeps telling me to swing around to the Dairy Queen for some frozen motivation.
