I want to be a better me and frankly I am tired of hearing "you have a pretty face".

I am hoping that through this journey I will gain self confidence. This is something that I am currently lacking and I know that losing the weight is only part of the battle. So I am hoping that each day as I grow more physically fit, I become more mentally fit as well.

Personal Information:
I have made many changes within the past few months. Changes that I hope will last me a lifetime. I am trying to change my eating habits to things I can work with. Which, for me, means not cutting out what I eat everyday just cutting down on the amount and finding healthier versions of it. It is my belief that I have to retrain my body and my taste buds to crave better things. Coming where I am from, it is impossible to give up everything altogether. So, hopefully eating less of it will help keep me on track. If not, I will reamp along the way.

Other Information:
I turned 30 and knew I could not live the rest of my life like this. I have to get healthy. There could be a lot of health problems if I remain unhealthy. I have been told numerous times that I am borderline diabetic. I need to get this right. I want to get this right. This time next year, I hope to have pictures of me on a beach on vacation in a bikini.

    GREETINGS!!! I am mainly doing the 20 minute because I find myself only having time to workout (or motivation) right now early morning- I have to be at work at 8am.
    I DO do the 45 minute one Fridays and Sundays if I can. How about you?? This Monday I am beginninga more clean way of life :) How about you- would you like to check in during mornings or evenings??? What would work for you buddy?? emoticon
