Hi, my name is Tara, I m 30ish, mother of two wonderful little girls and one wonderful little boy, married to an amazing man that loves me for me!

As of May 30th 2014 I am back and starting over again.. I have been gone for close to a year now. I had lost a total of 156 lbs only to gain pretty much all of it back with this past year.... some of it was baby weight.. and well some not so much. The most of it was because I let myself eat stuff I hadn't eaten in over 2 years and had completely stop working out. So I completely agree it is My own fault I gained it all back. So now Its time to get it all off once again and then some! So here it is I AM BACK! For good!

It would seem I have the perfect life, well for the most part it is but there's one thing missing! Me being happy with ME!! And for that to be accomplished I need to lose 169 more lbs I have lost 30 so far, and with doing so I will become healthier, happier, stronger, and all in all a better me! This is what I am working on. I started on here July 5th 2011 and I am praying that with Alot of work and determination I can be atleast 100lbs lighter within a year and 200lbs lighter by NO LATER than 2.5 years.. & TO KEEP IT OFF!! Once its gone its so not welcomed back lol Anyways thats my story and thanks for listen! And the Best of Luck to you all as well!!!

Up date: 106 lbs lost in the first year!! met my goal of 100lbs gone!!!!

360.. my weight when I started Sallies 20 week challenge.. (foud out later my weight was 360)
313.1 -37lbs after Sallies 20 week challenge (-47lbs)

310.. where I am today 1-4-2012 -50lbs!
(81 lbs over all since 10-13-2010)

301 Dr. Apt 2-9-2012
298.5.. 2-18-2012... (368- 298.5 =69.5 gone since 12-2010) -92.5 from my heighest weight of 391

297 2-24-12

293.8 3-13-12= -75lbs since dr. apt 12-2010 & -97.2 lbsover all off my heaviest weight.

291.4 3-22-12

257 7-25-12 -103lbs with SP and an over all
total of -134lbs gone and just 107 more lbs to go to make it to 150lbs!!

My Goals:
No Soda's = DONE

Drink atleast 15 glasses of water a day

Eat whats on the meal plan or as close to it as I can

Stick to the recomend calories, carbs, ect
Mostly trying to stay under 1500 calories

Watch my sodium in take... that's what kicks my butt!

My Program:
Cardio atleast 30 mins a day 7 days a week

ST 30 min. a day 3 days a week

Workouts.. Elliptical, kettle bells, stationary bike, dvd's, walking,just dance 2 & 3, boxing on the wii

ST... dumbells & total Gym

I love to swim, take walks, painting, decorating, arts n crafts, scrap booking, listen to music, camping, boating, 4 wheeler riding.. to watch musicals, romantic movies, Comedy's, action movies... texting lol that's my way of communicating with people.. only because with most people you never know what mood there in.

I love all of theses things but my two girls and hubby come first and what I can't do without them... then I just don't do.
