Hey there Sparkers! I am Tricia and as you can tell....I LOVE Snoopy! I joined Spark on Valentine's Day in 2012 and have gained and lost over the past 9 years, but I have met a lot of great people here. So many inspiring stories and the wonderful support keeps me motivated. Hoping to meet my 5% goal with the Spring 5% Challenge. GO CLOVERS!!!!!

With Spring coming in, I am ready to start gardening and walking more outdoors. I got hurt last year, but I am almost back to normal. I still have to be careful getting up and down or pushing my knee too hard in one day. I have learned walking a little here and there keeps it going and I am excited to be almost there. It makes me appreciate my legs so much more than I used to.

My Goals:
SPRING GOALS:

1. Do my breathing technique 5 days a week

2. Walk 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

3. Check in at least 3 times a week.

4. Keep up with my Food Journal.

5. Get to the pool once a week. (when it opens, hopefully soon.....)







My Program:
1. Try to do Body Flex or Oxycise with some walking daily

2. Have a positive outlook

3. Have confidence that I am a great person no matter what I look like and if I am happy, who cares what anyone else thinks



Personal Information:
I am from Virginia. I have two great girls and a loving husband. I work for one of the many SWCD's in the nation and love it! I am a Girl Scout Volunteer and love getting outdoors with the girls!!!!!!!!

I especially like going to the BEACH!!!!!!!
