Female in my 50's, disabled due to back issues. Have lived with chronic pain, depression and other health issues for years now. Went from healthy, normal weight and an active lifestyle to a sedentary lifestyle, excessive weight and many other added health issues .... I have just been living from day to day. I have limited activities due to chronic pain caused by my back and other joint issues. I have had a couple of back surgeries so far and need to rid myself of this weight to lessen the pressure on my deteriorating spine.

I found this site and I am very impressed with all the information, support and tools that it provides. I have found a "New Spark" and I am going to work hard to change myself.... my overall health...mind & body!

My Goals:

I am wanting to lose weight and improve my overall health.

I deal with chronic pain daily and am trying to push my way through to help make a better me.

To follow a diabetic diet plan and including some type of exercise daily as my body allows.


My goal is to lose:

10 lbs by April 1 2016 ... *Accomplished!

30 lbs by July 31 2016
40 lbs by Sept 30 2016
50 lbs by Nov 30 2016
60 lbs by Jan 30 2017
70 lbs by March 31 2017
80 lbs by May 31 2017
90 lbs by July 31 2017
106 lbs by September 30

My Program:

I am using the Nutrition Tracker and Fitness Tracker.

Continue to educate myself and apply what I learn as a tool to my success.
