    Hi - I just read your posting about eating out of control. You need to put yesterday behind you - NOW. The very first thing you should do is drink several cups of water. Then, drink some more! It will make you feel better right away. Make a commitment to yourself not to throw away all your great success just because you slipped up for a while. Go back to tracking everything, even if it is over your calorie range, and establish some short term non-food goals that you can review every day and get spark points for. You will see it is not about failing to eat healthy for a day or a week or two -- it is about changing your overall approach and realizing that that is okay -- so long as you don't make it a permanent situation. Drink, drink, drink and then drink more H2o!!
