I just woke up one day and decided I didn't want to feel like that anymore. So I changed. Because I am worth it.

Fitness Minutes: 49,357

My Goals:
To be fit and healthy, and NOT have to wear "Plus-Sized" clothes!

My Program:
Fall 3,245,112 times, get up 3,245,113 times.

I eat no processed food, no sugar, no grains.

I also use a Fitbit to track my activity.

Personal Information:
I'm a self-indulgent emotional binge volume eater and have been most of my life.

I am right on the cusp of being a full-blown diabetic, and I am following a paleo way of eating to manage my disease. I am insulin resistant, my triglycerides are extremely high, and my liver enzymes are also high. Not to mention high blood-pressure. I either manage this or I die. It's that simple.

And my plan is simple. No processed food. No sugar. No grains.

I want to renew my passion for Kettlebells, as I am convinced that they are the key to a healthy and fit rest of my life.

I'm a young 57. I'm married to a super supportive man who cooks for me but does not follow the same way of eating, which is a challenge. I've got two grown kids who both live on their own.

I have three very beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs; Sophie, Faith and Max. Max recently joined our family as our first foster dog...and we were almost immediately "foster failures".

    Tess! I was just thinking about you the other day. I started a challenge group on Facebook similar to the one we did on ediets all those eons ago! All I did was make a calendar but I was thinking MAN I need the skills of TESS! It took me forever. Quite a few of the old challenge peeps have joined as well. Starts on Feb. 15th. Not sure if you are on Facebook but wanted to let you know. ;-D
