    Hi, TLC505! Thank you for replying! Well, I am mostly watching over my caloric intake, and balancing my meals, you know the veggies, and fruits, and fats, and so on. I recently started tracking my calorie differential report daily. I did notice that the 500 calorie diferential daily, for 7 days, did make me loose 1 pound. However, I feel like I am starving myself. I have lost the weight rather quickly, as I have only been in the plan since January 9 2012. I started at 149 pounds, and I am at 135 now. I have to admit that on weekends I just forget about my regimen, and go on mental "vacations". Hehehe!!! But the excercising gets me back on track quickly. However, these last five pounds, OMG! My body is really resisting. I am not fixed onto loosing them, but I know I could. Im simply waiting for the miracle to happen one of these days! Ha! Anyway, any advise I can get, I will try it!

    emoticon Your story and blog entries have inspired me, as I have to loose about the same amount of weight that you set your goal to. I am finding it really hard to loose all the pounds so quickly, as I dont always have the time or opportunity to excercise every day. However, I would like to have as many pointers from you as possible. I am kind of stocked between 136 and 135. You have been really inspiring, stay healthy!!! God bless you and your family!
