Thanks for your comments on my blog. No you didn't offend me by any means. I usually work out for 60-90 minutes a day anyways. I try to burn 3500 calories a week and Sundays are usually my hardest workout of the week. Sunday I try to burn 1000 calories so the rest of the week I can take it easy with more like 500 a day. I'm not obsessed with food, and if I have a craving I give into it. This is a lifestyle change for me not a diet so I do allow for splurges every now and then. Thank you so much for taking the time to show you care. You're a sweetheart! emoticon

I know it is scary to think that eating will help you to lose weight.. but when we eat too little our bodies work against us. Our body thinks"omg she is starving me, I better hold onto these calories so I dont starve" and then your metabolism stops burning your calories. So when you tell the Spark nutrition and fitness page how much you exercise and how much you weigh it knows how much you burn and how many calories you need daily to get to the weight loss you want! It sounds crazy but if you are active you need a little more calories or your body will store them and they weight loss will slow or stop!

Good luck hun really I didnt understand it at first either and now Im sticking to the calories and Im losing again!

I know it sounds totally crazy but sometimes you really need to eat to lose. I've hit plateaus before and had to EAT to start losing again. you need to keep changing your body and changing what you do to make those changes :) I know it sounds counter productive... but I've found that it helps to eat. I could be wrong. do you have the ability to see a nutritionist? they might be able to help find out why you aren't losing. sometimes your initial consultation can even be free,
