Hi, I'm Dee. I'm the mother of two fabulous girls. The wife to the man of my dreams, and 90 pounds over weight. I've already lost 80 pounds. So you are catchig me in the middle of a body transfermastion.

I have hit this platue in my weight loss. For more then 2 years now I have weight in at 220 pounds. Then over X-mas 08' I lost my job, I had no money. My stress was through the roof. I put 10 pounds on. So now I weight 230 pounds.

Thats when I decided it was time for a change. There are lots of reasons for the change.

1. I want to feel better.
I don't feel bad now, I could just feel better.

2. I want to go shopping and be in a good mood when I'm done.
There is always one cute outfit that just never comes in my size.

3. I want to have a 3rd baby.
The last time I was pregnant, I aquired Gestational Diabetes. I can not be bother with being diabetic. It's way to much work.

4. I don't want to have diabetis when I get older.

My Goals:
It came to me the other day. I'm not fixing the worlds economy, I'm not elimanating world hunger I'm not even solving global warming. I'm just NOT putting the chip in my mouth.

My Program:
My program has been going through a lot of changes. I looking for what really works for me. I am currently trying to do cardio everyday, and so strength training a couple of days a week.

My cardio ranges from running in the state park around the corner from my house to stair stepping on my back porch.

My strength training is circut training. I pick 7 to 10 different work outs. I do each one for one min. and I do three reps of those. Thats an awsome work-out right there.

Personal Information:
I live in California. I live with my Husband and my two daughters. The sunsets in all of the pictures are the sunsets I get at my house during the summer time. People travel world wide to see sunsets like this. I consider myself very lucky to be able to look at something like that everynight.

I'm looking forward to meeting people on this site. I'm looking forward to discussing some of the things I think about as an active weight loss perticipent. As you can see from the photo my husband is very slight. The man eats a pint of Ice Cream everynight before he goes to bed. Lucky SOB.
