    Hi. Well, if I was a sleep expert I would be sleeping too! Don't know what it is with me. I know I drink too much coffee. Don't really drink soda. I think I'm going to give up coffee....Gosh did I just say that...for a week or two ...or always....OUCH...don't know about that one, and see if that helps.
    More likely, I need to turn my brain off.
    I have found that I get sleepy if I have a fan on...must be the sound.
    Also get sleepy if I read something...not too thrilling (I'm taking a class and that seems to work well)
    I also get sleepy if I do more during the day.
    Last and this one is a big one for me...I go to sleep easily if I listen to my body clock. My problem is I fight it all the time. 10 rolls around and I want to watch the movie I didn't, or need to answer emails. It is my quiet time and I don't have enough of that. Sadly, it is my ME time. So when I fit that in during the day, it doens't seem like I lack it so bad at night.
