I have been overweight all my life. An overweight child, an obese teenager, a morbidly obese adult. My weight will no longer control my life. Going back is not an option!!!

My Goals:
~Exist on this planet at a healthy weight : ) 130 lbs is my goal but that may change as I get closer.
~Gain more confidence and self-esteem.
~Be a physically fit person.
~Be able to go jogging!
~Not constantly worry about what other people will think.
~Have the confidence to go for my dreams.
~ Wear a skirt again.
~Be able to tuck my shirt into my jeans.
~Love myself inside and out.
~Deal constructively with my emotional binge eating. Eat when i need to and not because of my emotions.

My Program:
~Eat within my calorie range of 1210 to 1560
~Cut out fat and sweets but not deprive myself
~Drink plenty of water
~Eat more veggies
~Exercise 45 minutes a day
~Keep a positive attitude!!

I do mostly Walk Away the Pounds workouts. But I also enjoy walking outside. I would like to try and do more yoga.

Personal Information:
I'm 29 years old. I want to be fit and fabulous before i turn 30! Through all of this I am taking my life back. I'm getting rid of the extra baggage, emotional and physical!

Other Information:
I'm very right-brained. I love music and movies...don't know what I would do without them!!
