    Well, I logged my food for today. All I have left to cover is dinner, which I will eat when I wake up. I didn't do too awfully bad, although I still need to figure out how to get my protein numbers higher. I have about 600 calories left for my dinner! Woo hoo! lol

    Oh my, am I tired of the rain!! And now, to top it off, I am doing my first 5k tomorrow and it is supposed to be 50 and rainy! Yee ha!! lol I am soooo not ready for this physically, so I am not going to let the weather deter me! Besides, I am considering the idea of doing the "It's a Wonderful Life 5k" in Seneca Falls...in December! lol If I am thinking of running that, 50 and rainy should be doable! :)

    I feel very bad about how I fell out with the team. I just let everything go, once I was told that I couldn't exercise the way I wanted to...instead of working around it and changing my plan/program. Oh well, it happens to all of us, I guess. Now I just need to turn it around and get back on track! I hope you are able to do the same!

    Hello there! Thanks for thinking of me and checking in!
    I'm hanging in there but have been away from "sparking it"....Battling the never leaving cold and missing my husband like crazy!
    BUT I'm back today, trying to regain some momentum. I grabbed my grocery list and planned my meals for the week using the mean planner! small steps=big changes, right?!
