I am here to build a new me. I have been on and off of SP for years. Every time I keep getting discouraged or otherwise falling off track. But I suppose the important part is that I keep coming back.

Sept Goals: Start Over and get on track.
- Exercise a little more each week than the previous week.
- Track foods and be more aware of just how much I'm eating
- Drink water

Weight Progress Rewards:
10lbs: [[Need a goal for this]]
20 lbs: [[Need a goal for this]]
30 lbs: Bike
40 lbs: [[Need a goal for this]]
50 lbs: Massage/spa day?
Goal: Tattoo signifying the new healthier me. (Tentative design is under my photos.)

My SP History:
So in spring/summer of 07 I was on SP a lot. I lost almost 30 pounds. It was awesome. Then I hit a series of hard times in my life. I gained 40 pounds. Yikes!

Came back 1/5/10 and did really good of staying on track till the end of April when I got mono for the 3rd time in a year. I was very also frustrated that I had been on a plateau for about 2.5 months. By the time I came back in 10/1/10 I had gained back up almost to my starting point at the beginning of the year. A few more short starts with little to no progress and giving up along the way. But here we go again...

I really need to figure out how to make this stick.

    May you have......

Enough happiness to keep you sweet,
Enough trials to keep you strong,
Enough sorrow to keep you human,
    Enough hope to keep you happy;
Enough failure to keep you humble,
Enough success to keep you eager,
Enough friends to give you comfort,
    Enough wealth to meet your needs;
    Enough enthusiasm to look forward,
    Enough faith to banish depression,
Enough determination to make each day better than yesterday.

I want to wish all my friends a happy humpday!!!! Havent seen you around much...hope everything is ok

I found this motivational poem that I thought I would share with my spark friends....

    Promise Yourself

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can
    disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to
    every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel like there is
    something in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your
    optimism come true.

To think only of the best, to work only for the best,
    and expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others
as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on the
    greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give
every living person you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself
that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, and too
strong for fear, and to happy to permit the
    presence of trouble.
