I guess it's time to update my page! I have lost 37 lbs. so far, and feel better than ever. I have officially dropped all of the baby weight and then some, and am now weighing around what I weighed at my wedding a year and a half ago! When I drop five more lbs. I will be at the overweight category of the BMI, and finally out of the OBESE category! I have a lot of goals, mostly to become a runner, and stay active for the rest of my life. I have at least 60 lbs. left to lose. My son is now 10 months old, and is cruising and trying to stand/walk, he'll be there shortly, probably before we know it. I'm lactose intolerant and may have an egg allergy, so it greatly affects what I can eat, and it's something I'm learning to work around on a daily basis. I'm trying to eat cleaner and my current project is reading the book Master your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels. She is my favorite trainer, and I love to read her books and listen to her radio shows. She is AMAZING. If you want a grueling workout, try one of her DVDs. She doesn't mess around.

145 Spring of 03
175 at 2/13/06 when I met my husband
192 at 10/13/07 at my wedding
205/210 at 12/1/07 at the beginning of the pregnancy
263 at 7/23/08 at the end of pregnancy
233 at 11/24/08 at 4 months postpartum/ Actively started dieting.
215 at 1/7/09 after 6 weeks of active diet/exercise. Loss of 18 lbs.
211 at 3/7/09 after 16 weeks of dieting. I was sick and had to change to a gluten free lifestyle during the last 2 month period. This was a major change. A lot of people gain weight, and I lost 4 lbs!!!
Loss of 22 lbs. total!

    Only on Sparkpeople do people get excited about being overweight. I would love to also be able to say that I am over weight.
    I too love Jillian Michaels. I really do miss her radio show but I am sure she has tons of things to do and something had to give. She kicks my butt everytime I do one of her videos but sadly that is not very often as most times I have to get outta the house to exercise or it wont happen.
    Thanks for adding me to your friends list. I look forward to motivating each other.
