I am 54 years old and had major back surgery June 2017 my lap band surgery done in May 2009. I have a 15 year old and 10 yr old grandson , 5 yr old grand daughter and 1 year old grandson and don't want to miss out on them growing up . (both my parents died and my mom died before my oldest daughter was 5 yrs old)

My Goals:
To go from 241 to 135.... get healthy and live to see my grandchildren get married and have children. ( my mother passed away when my oldest was 5 and my youngest was 1)

to get my 5k time under 30 minutes before end of summer 2013... to do 10k's in summer of 2014 and do a half marathon before I turn 50 in July in 2015


My Program:
Had lap band surgery
5-28-09

watch my calories 1200-1500

workout with trainer 2x a week

run 3x a week

lots of water
