I'm 26 and I've been overweight since I was 6 years old. I've been trying to lose weight since I was 16 years old and have done nothing but fail and end up at the heaviest I have ever been. I'm married and my husband is overweight to but he doesn't have the desire to make the change like I do. Currently I am unemployed and I will be going back to school in January 2012. I am extremely nervous to be back in school because I didn't have the best experience growing up because of my weight. I would like to lose 20 lbs before I start school. I chose a bad picture for my profile picture because this website is supposed to help me change myself. I never want to look like this again!

My Goals:
In my mind the perfect me would be around 150 lbs. I haven't been that light since I was in elementary school. I know I could be 130-135 and look healthy but I don't know if I want to be that small. For now I just want to get under 200 lbs again.

My Program:
I am tracking my food and fitness on my iPhone every day. I've cut back on evening snacking and alcohol consumption and fast food. I go to the spa and do a hydration at least 3 days a week, it helps detox my skin and assists with calorie loss. I'm drinking a lot of water. At least 8 glasses a day. If I go somewhere I bring a water bottle so I always have water.

Personal Information:
I am currently living in my hometown of Armstrong, BC. I'm married with no kids, just two cats. I'm unemployed and going back to school for my Administrative Assistant certificate.

    It is my honor to share with you what changed my life, and i believe will change yours. Raw food, alkalinity, Whole foods, Organic. Rebounding, drinking lots of water every single day when you first wake up, first thing. Stretching after you've warmed up a bit. Jiggling and shaking your legs and hands and arms to stir your lymphatic system. Superfoods such as aloe vera, goji berries, chia seeds. Smoothies and juices made fresh. Raw honey, organic maple syrup, real spring water in glass jars, stevia, coconut everything(water, oil, flesh), turmeric, a grounding pad, happy music, a garden, reading more books, qi gong or yoga, meditation, avoiding processed sugar like the plague, enjoying almond milk. enjoying raw cacao. learning new things every single day. reminding yourself that who you are today is not who you were, so release the old and embrace the new.

    get any book by David Wolfe
    learn "the secret" law of attraction
    learn dr masaro emoto's work with water and pray nice to your water
    always keep moving, don't sit or stand still, even if you're just gently swaying side to side like a tree in the wind, or shaking your leg, because it stirs your lymph fluid(great way to lose weight)
    keep your colon clean! eat food with enzymes that is alive and has fiber.
    eat way more fruit especially in morning, eat more salad for dinners.
    let the last thing you eat at the end of everyday be something that alkalizes you.

    you can and will absolutely lose weight the moment you start eating raw foods. drink a young thai coconut for instant burst of energy(highest electrolytes in the world) and have a teaspoon of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar each day to fight candida(stay away from pizza) or just make raw pizza instead.

    stay away from processed sugar, normal table salt(use sea salt), avoid high fructose corn syrup, avoid msg, avoid all soda and fake juices and avoid all dairy including cheese. you will feel amazing very quick. get on raw foods and let your body heal, your skin will clear up fast, eat goji berries and you'll grow young again, eat coconut oil to speed up your thyroid and get a faster metabolism. have bee pollen and chia seeds to make you feel full longer. drink plenty of water, drink lots of water, sometimes drink more water than you thought you needed, or just eat lots of high watery foods like watermelon, or any melon, eat berries and grapes. make your salad greens very dark, like kale, spinach, swiss chard, and so on.

    try a supplement like vitamineral green version 4.8 (the best i ever had) and try david wolfe's mushroom 24 blend (the strongest top 24 mushrooms in the world(anticancer etc). try anything that says adaptogen or polysaccharide.

    keep your workouts shorter, work harder during them, and rest and recovery that much longer. your body repairs when you sleep. get a rebounder. get a rebounder. get a rebounder. get a rebounder. its the most fun healthy exercise thing you can get, for around 20-40 bucks. GET ONE. do as many stretches as you want. try to workout in the morning before breakfast but after your water.

    when you wake up every morning, think about how happy you are, what you're thankful for, and what you are going to look like and feel like at goal weight. do the same thing just before you zonk off to sleep. everyday.

    if you alkalize more and eat raw foods, have juices or smoothies made fresh daily, and eat salads, your weight can't even stay ON! trust me
