UPDATE: 9/17/11:
I totally stopped caring for awhile. But I'm back and on track and better than ever!! NOTHING is going to stop me now. I WILL be thin and healthy by next September. Just you watch! :-)

UPDATE: 1/25/10:
The holidays kind of knocked me off-track. It's taken me this long to get back on. I will be tracking my food faithfully yet again. Taking it one day at a time...

UPDATE: 9/23/09:
SparkPeople has really changed my life (and I'm sure this is only the beginning)!!! For the past 3 months, I have been logging on faithfully, nearly every day. I track my food and my fitness. Those 40 lbs. that seemed to be stuck to my buddy are just melting away! So far, I've lost over 15 of those lbs and I'm still going! I feel GREAT!

Hi, I'm a new Mom and a fairly new Wife (been married under 2 years). I've always struggled with my weight and with my pregnancy, I packed on another 70 lbs. I've lost about 30 of those lbs. pretty naturally but the last 40 lbs. seems to be want to be here to stay.

I really need help. Being around to be able to run around after my son while he's young and watch him grow up is my biggest motivation.

It's time for a lifestyle change!!!

I am so sick of being overweight. I just want to be healthy and fit for myself, my husband and most importantly, my young son!!!

UPDATE: 9/17/11:
I'm not 100% sure what part the nutrition tracker will play in my new journey. But I do plan on at least using it as a guideline and putting my calories burned into the fitness tracker! :-)
UPDATE: 9/23/09:
The Nutrition Tracker is my very best friend! (LOL!) I use it everyday to make sure I don't go over my calories. But now, I'm also using to make sure that I get the right amount of nutrients into my diet on a daily basis. (Something I most definitely had never done before now.)

Right now, I'm doing my best to be aware of what I put in my body. I'm starting out slowly. Trying to measure what I eat and realize how many calories go into my body. Keeping a food journal has caused me to start reading labels. Something I've never really done before!!!

    I wanted to check you out since you are one step above in the fitness range for our Brooklyn Team, that I had to check out the competition. Congratulations on your 22 pounds loss. You are doing great and I wanted to tell you to keep up the good work. I was off from work this week and was able to do more at the gym so I wanted to see who had more devotion to exercises because I know that it takes a lot of work and effort, which makes you a diva at exercise.
