day 50 of my streak for "Log in to SparkPeople every day" earned 9/14/2016Post workout blueberry vanilla protein shake... Yum!! I can do this!!! #training3 oz chicken, 1 oz black beans, 2T salsa, Fresh SpinachGarlic lime chicken spinach salad with Yellow peppers and chopped almonds- Yum!!Cottage cheese, egg white, oats, vanilla & cinnamon & baking powder = delicious! So Good!! Turkey Taco meat, Greek yogurt, feta, spinach, avocado and tomato on a grilled corn tortilla ðŸ‘€ðŸ‘ðŸ¼Sticking with my #goal of working out most days in JanuaryPost workout smoothie - Greek yogurt, oats, blueberries, banana and almond milk. Its really good!Normal BMI for me is 152 last time I checked. So that’s my current goal...Yes, I still eat pizza! Corn tortilla for the crust, a little sauce, 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, 3 slices of thin turkey breast & turkey pepperoni toasted in a dry frying pan and then finished under the broiler = 233 calories of yumminess!!Toasted corn tortilla chicken taco with tomato cheese and plain Greek yogurt - one of my Favs that keeps me on track and doesn’t feel like deprivation at all! Yum!! (This is my 2nd one!) 😉 *too bad the Avocado wasn’t ripe yet!251 calorie lunch (I ate most of the 4 oz chicken already before the pic!) oops 🙈 and then decided to make a bowl with the chicken, 1 cup veggies & 1/4 cup brown rice.Great run this morning! Fueled up with some healthy blueberry pancakes afterwards, yum!This is SO good!! I love foods that don’t make me feel deprived!I want to remember this lunch so I can make it again! It was that good!So if it’s a lifestyle change and not a fad, I need to have good food that I love! Today’s lunch was SO good with great nutrition and low in calories. Toasted Greek wrap (chicken, olives, feta, black beans, salsa verde dressing) with a side of asparagus - Yum #eattoloseGreek salad for lunch! Yummmm :)Lots of veggies in my eggs this morning! Trying to get more veggies in daily to up my carb intake and get the scale moving again. Sweet Potato, spinach, broccoli and scrambled eggs. I’ve got to say, it’s pretty good :)Weird Combo?? I got inspired and just ran one too, at home, on my treadmill, completed it just now - at 11:15pm. What the heck is wrong with me??I was craving a good grilled chicken salad!
