picked up a couple of these along with a cheese stick to munch on later :) :) My lunches for the next 4 days!All this for dinner, and i still stayed under my calorie goal for the day!!! I had a fabulous 60 workout, PLUS swam for 25 mins! I deserve that butter and sausages!!!Mac and cheese snuck it's way onto my plate tonight, lol. I'm under budget for calories and have ate healthy all day so it's all good! Gotta indulge occasionally!May 2nd 2018Down 6 lbs last week! Feeling pretty in my new dress this morning..This is from yesterday, beat my highest step count ever by about 4k steps! Was on my feet most of the day, plus took 3.75 mile walk in the evening. Chicken (i ate about 2/3 of this piece grilled peppers mushrooms, onions and squash with stuffed mushrooms! It was sooo good!!! I love grilling!!!Breakfast today: veggie hash, banana, coffee and WATER!!!I had a job interview today, I decided I would do my hair since I had time. Had to take a couple pics too, lol. (Ok, more like 8?) I had the neighbor actually comment about how she has noticed my weight loss today, it felt really good! I am still not where I want to be on the scale, but I am beginning to see changes too, especially with this pic. I love my body. It accoplishes great things. ❤❤❤July 14th 253lbs.
