Lunch prep for the week. Chicken, sweet potato, broccoli, asparagus. 195 Cal, 5g Fat, 15g Carbs, 26g Protein at a cost of about $3 a meal :)I know I might not look it, but I'm about 210lbs in this pic. Hoping to get down to 175-180 range.Meal prep lunches week 2. Pretty similar to last week, chicken breasts with a touch of teriyaki, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, lots of garlic everywhere.So this is my start pic, currently 202. Hoping that through my meal preps, fitness regimen and God's grace I'll be a bit slimmer by my next birthday, seven months is a lot of time for improvements.Meal prep week three.
