On day 12, down just under 7.5 lbs and 2” from my waist.
I weighed in for one of my teams this morning and it is a great number, but I feel like it's a fluke even though I took it a few times and got the same number. Anyone else ever have that issue? I feel like when I go to do my official weigh in for the docs on Monday it will be back to being in the 231 range...

Thought it was appropriate for this weekend. : )
Weighed myself 3 times before I'd believe it. 19.4 lbs down since February.
The exercise bike may not bother to increase my incline because of how soon I hit my heart rate, but my speed has gone up! I'm now cycling at a pretty steady 12 mph for the whole time.
#BeforeAndAfter It isn't a ton of weight, but it is noticeable, especially in my neck.
thinks she's finally past her plateau at the low 220s!
has lost over 25 pounds so far.
managed 2 sets of 12 on the Hammer Strength MTS Abdominal Crunch. I hate this machine, but I'm sure it is doing good things for me. : )
Still working, but definitely improving.
