Down ten and a half pounds! Feeling great, feeling strong, feeling determined.Really fell off the wagon this weekend with my eating.. my only saving grace was getting a run in.. but today is a new day! Feeling positive and ready to start fresh! Happy Spring!12 pounds down! It's taking a while, but I'm getting there.. can't wait to start running again this week.Scale finally hit the 160s!! Never thought I'd be back here again. I'd given up on myself. I AM SO EXCITED!! And BMI is now in the 20s! 💪 Gonna be a great day!It's my birthday today, so I am going to indulge in some tasty Italian and cake. However, I'm still going for a run and getting a massage. These pants were way too tight when I bought them last fall and cut off my circulation big time. They are now fitting absolutely perfectly. Loving it!! I'll always have those baby makin hips, but at least I'm getting fit! #size13 #nonscalevictoryI am drenched in sweat and absolutely disgusting right now, but I just ran five miles. FIVE FREAKING MILES!!!! I can't believe I can do this. Never did I imagine. I could almost cry and definitely got goose bumps when I finished. Six miles, here I come!!Down 35 pounds!! Weeeee!! It was 40, but I've had a lot of work parties this week 😂 Keep on keeping on!! 💪 Haven't been this weight since I graduated college.My depression has been getting the best of me the last couple weeks and I've been eating junk and not running. Time to get back to work. I will not mess up the progress I've made so far!! Weight loss win: I fit into my high school graduation dress from 11 years ago. 💪🔥40 pounds down! Only 14 pounds from a healthy BMI and only 20 pounds from my goal weight. Can't believe I've come this far. I need to post new update pictures. 😉With my depression, it's been hard for me to get enough calories. I'm just not motivated to eat. I need to keep reminding myself that these last 20 pounds won't come off unless I keep myself healthy and nourished, especially since I'm a runner. Here's to being better to my body. 💪That'll do for tonight!!! Can't stop, won't stop!A coworker said, "Hey, skinny mini! I almost didn't even recognize you!" as I walked out to my car today. That felt amazing. More and more people are noticing. 43 pounds down, 16 to go! 😁I haven't exercised in about a month now due to two nose surgeries and two throat surgeries and the physical restrictions afterward. I was running 6 miles just a month ago, but now I feel like I couldn't even get close to that. My heart is thumping, but I'm finally ready to pick myself up and work my way back to where I was. Only 14 pounds to goal.. I can do this!Never did I think I would see the 140s again. If you would have asked me at the beginning of this year if I would ever be here, I would have told you no way. I'm so proud of how far I've come. The 130s are right around the corner!If you're having a day where you are just absolutely exhausted and need to relax, do so and don't feel ashamed. Just make sure that you get back up the next day and get in that workout. I find that after that rest day, I kick some serious ass on the following workout. Heading on a cruise this weekend! Ready to show off my new bod. 😉 Again, sorry for the snapchat comment lol.I honestly can't believe how far I've come. 195 to 143 so far. Only 7 pounds to my goal weight, and who knows if I'll stop there! But even though I'm not to my goal yet, I'm still happy with me. Loving life.195 to 143 so far. Don't stop! Keep going! I've been working at this since January, and even though I've had setbacks, it's so, so worth it to see myself getting healthier and healthier.You guys!!! I'm so close to being within the healthy range for my BMI. And less than 7 pounds from my goal weight. Wow, wow, wow!! Hugs for everyone!This shirt used to be so tight on me that the spaces between the buttons would stretch and show the shirt underneath. Now it is crazy loose. Stick with it. So close to goal... just in time to put on my Christmas weight because you know that I ain't passing up on that fudge. 😂That seven-mile run felt amazing after being the walking plague for quite a while.
