Anyway, back on track, tracking, engergized, and adding Rx as KEY must-do....

Now enjoying some plain herb teais still looking for more suggestions for ground turkey (post on my page or as a blog comment) Thanks!Did over 2 hours today #moveit: 45 min low-impact aerobics, 45 min shoveling the blizzard that's still falling, and 45 min hiking before it fellForgot to post here (had too many tabs open): did my week 1* weigh 1 early this week and lost 5.2 pounds! #mylossismygain
I know it's mostly water weight and also that I restarted my thyroid Rx, BUT I did have a very good week making healthier choices and ramped out working out again, and had some longer sessions.
