I'm embarrassed

Monday, February 18, 2008

I've been off spark for a couple of weeks as my computer was broken and I've gained 6lbs, SIX POUNDS! I can't believe it. I wasn't going to change my tracker because it embarrasses me! Ha ha, I know i shouldn't feel that way but I do! Can't wait to get back to goal weight and feel good. I am going to start tracking all my food again and my exercise, make sure I get in at least 20 mins EVERY day. Wish me luck!

I know you'll drop that silly 6 pounds like a bad habit. You are one dedicated lady! We're just glad to have you back!

Hi There- Thank you for the recommendations on my blog. I'm not much of a runner, but will definitely do some kind of high intensity exercise.

I'm not sure how tall you are, but 111 bls is not bad. Actually, I think it's FANTASTIC!!! I haven't been that weight since high school and that's a long time ago.

BTW- I totally love your wedding pictures, especially the one w/your husband in the church. It reminded me of one of those artistic picture that should be in a wedding book or magazine.

    Cheers,
    AL

Muscle weighs more then fat, please don't get too thin b/c the scale has worried you, you have gained muscle and lost fat. I think you're perfect!

Good luck. I think eventually I should transition to paper journal, for this exact reason: to not be overly dependent on SP. I, too, tried to wean myself off of online supports, and it was a lot harder to maintain the fitness plan that way.

Good luck... YOU CAN DO IT. You have nothing to be embarrased about, you are back and that is what is important.
