So I have Two Days to Drop Two Pounds

Can I Do It? Do You think When I go weigh in on Saturday I can be 224? I so need to be I kinda have to be. . . Well I kinda want to be as well. . . I kinda am in one of my moods I want to give up but I do not exactly entirly want to give up because I do not want to be a big fat girl forever. . . I guess this has something to do with the rain and my legs hurting and stuff. . .I feel like just quitting and I can not just quit, I have came to far to quit now. . . And to be honest I do not want to quit. . . But I have a craving for some ice cream today and I am trying to over come it and all. . . I am trying to be strong but I am not sure if I can do it. . . So I do not know really. . . Only quitters quit and I am not a quitter. . .

    There is this stuff called Wow Cow.. it is fat free sugar free soft serve ice cream (really its frozen yogurt).. it tastes really good and is incredibly low cal.. It comes in many different flavours and can be found at local places that serve soft serve ice cream.. give yourself a small treat (small cup of it) and continue on with your AMAZING success!!

    Give yourself a "small treat" now and again or else when you fall off the wagon you will fall hard!! Be careful, but don't deprive yourself either!

    i know it's frustrating when you don't see the results you want for giving up the things you want. if you want that ice cream, go for it, just do some more cardio that day, or make up enough calorie deficit that you can fit it into your daily allowance. you don't have to give anything up. just consume things in moderation. like the other day i really wanted some pie, so i made sure to eat a healthy dinner and i had a little piece with some ice cream and i made sure to eat it 2 hours before bed. you owe it to yourself to keep going. you're worth the effort. it'll take time, but it will be worth it. great thing take time. : )

    All you can do is try your very best! And if you don't do it in two days, you'll do it in four, or 5 or 6... as long as you stick with it, keep your eye on the prize, and lean on your fiends for the extra support!!! :) With 26 lbs gone, you're well on your way girl!! keep it up!

    Don't quit! You can do it. But two pounds in two days is a lot to ask. Don't beat yourself up too bad if you don't make it in two days. Two days, three days, a week, it doesn't really matter how long it takes as long as you're losing!
