Weigh in tonight!

Up until now, I have only been weighing myself once a month. (Jan 1st-165lbs, Feb 1st-155lbs, Mar 1st-148lbs) But I'm going to start weighing once a week. So tonight is my night. I don't have bathroom scales at home so I use my sister-in laws (who is also my fitness instructor, personal trainer and my kick-in-the-pants when I need it)
I'm excited to weigh in tonight. I 've done really well this week, so I hope it pays off!
I will hopefully be able to start back running after this weekend. My shin splints have been feeling better, I've rested them for 2 weeks, so we'll see...

    If it's a little higher than you'd like, weigh in tomorrow morning! DH says that the morning is the best time of day to weigh in since food, bloating, etc will have less impact on your weight. Maybe try both and see which is more consistent for you? Either way, let us know how it goes! Good luck tonight!
