A lil bummed...

I weighed myself again last night, and there was no change. Still at 148 which is ok I guess. I thought that I would have seen SOMETHING, cause I was such a good girl as far as food & exercise, but I'm not too disappointed, cause I'm already well on my way and as long as I'm not adding pounds then I have nothing to complain about.
I've decided against running this weekend, I'm afraid that it'll bother my shins again, so I'm just going to wait longer. I'd rather rest them and heal them completely while there is still snow and crappy weather, and be able to get out there PAIN FREE once the nice weather comes!

    I totally agree with Ruth - the morning is the best time to weigh! Sometimes, even though we're doing all of the right thing, the scale doesn't move (gaining muscle, water retention, etc.) - keep up the good work! It'll have to come off sometime :)

    I'm sorry you didn't see more progress! But try weighing first thing tomorrow morning...I'll bet it'll be better news. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat! :)
