It's been a while since I've posted here, I've been a little busy. I'm starting a new business (neither the first nor the last time) and it's always super busy in the beginning.

I was on a plateau for a long time and got a little too comfy there. I finally busted through and have started losing again. I haven't been able to hit the gym as much as I should, which was a part of the problem too. After we get moved at the end of the month I'll have a great facility within walking distance. There are also lots of places to ride and my wife just got a new bike so we'll be hitting the road as much as possible.

Going vegan has been a great thing too. It's nearly impossible to overeat with a vegan lifestyle. To take it up another notch we also stay organic as much as possible. I can't imagine being able to eat enough to gain weight, but when we start getting more exercise again I'll certainly have to eat more than I am now. I'm slowly losing just because of the change in diet, the increased exercise will melt the rest of the pounds away in no time. At a local bike shop one guy was telling me that they eat 4,000 calories a day in the summer and are still hungry because they ride so much. I don't think I'll be there but I'll need more than I'm getting right now.

I was planning to be at my goal weight by now, but I didn't quite make it. That's ok though, I've lost a lot so far and the rest is coming off. I know I'll have no problem maintaining (unless it's because I'm not eating enough instead of too much). I just have to knock the last few pounds off and get toned up.
