I'm Back!

Here I am... I had taken one step back. It was almost two, but i stopped myself before it went any further. I didn't have any classes for one week, I did try running a few times, but have to be careful I don't aggravate my shins, and Easter came. Hello big yummy dinners, and my rival... CHOCOLATE!! I figured for sure I was going to see added pounds when I stepped on the scale, but much to my surprise, it had still gone down! Phew... someone was on my side. It did open my eyes though, and it showed me just how easy it is to give into temptation! I'm only 3 lbs away from seeing the 130's and a total of 25lb weight loss. Which only encourages me to push it a little harder! 3 pounds... should be a piece of cake! Just needing a little support!

    Welcome back! I can relate...I gave up chocolate for Lent. Guess what I gorged on over the past few days!? Yikes. Somehow, the scale is actually going down after being stuck for months. Maybe that's the secret...I just need to eat more chocolate! :D (If only!!!)
    As for your "break", just call it that, and use it to give you even more motivation to get back on the horse. I find that I can either feel sorry for myself and guilty for being weak, or I can use that guilt to renew my commitment to my plan. I'm sure you'll choose the latter--and be even more dedicated than before!!
