getting back on track

So I've been kind of loser lately and i haven't been consistent with my tracking and i haven't exercised in days, and i've not been eating but I'm finally ready to get back to it, i didn't eat good today but i still tracked it and i was under my calories and everything else so I'm glad. i have to figure out a new exercise schedule because of my new job i cant exercise before work and for some reason I'm not motivated after work even though i sit all day at work so you would think i would be okay with moving it. well to tell the truth i feel kinda ick tonight, i went to the mall and had some food from sbarro's and now i'm feeling the greasy sick tummy feeling. Well anyway i think i'm gonna go force myself to at least do some strength training well i'm out for the night.
