I need to work myself harder. I'm losing way to slow.

I need to deal with the arthritis and get on the move. I am so inspired by the women I have met here. I feel by being in this rut that I'm letting my teams down, and I don't want to do that. I've always been a slower loser. It's never bothered me until now. I spend so much time on the computer greeting and posting that I'm getting very little exercise right now.

I've got to figure out how and can do both and take care of my home. I guess I'm not much of a multitasker.

    I'm so sorry you are going through all of this! Did you know that weight training strengthens and thickens our bones?
    Maybe, if you haven't already, you should try adding some to your routine?

    Hi Toni. I know what you mean about spending too much time on the computer. I like keeping in touch with everyone but it does take time. Don't worry about letting the team down since you aren't. We all move at different speeds. I lose very slowly too. I hope that means it will stay off. I decided that tomorrow I am going to start moving more whether I hurt or not. Maybe I will get the scale to move on down another couple of lbs this week. I will be thinking about you. Mary :)

    Hi Tony, I'm new here and I too spend alot of time on my computer...Not good for the bottom- its spreading. lol.. When I find my self sitting alot I shake my foot or move my legs alot(burning cal.)..My mother was in a wheel chair and that was one of her exercises. It does work for a tiny fix...Lets work together (shaking feet now..lol) Have a blessed day!...Dana
