More Distractions ... Back Again, LOL

Got distracted with a trip to vegas, more partying, more work, some customizing the bike and improving riding skills up in the TN/NC/VA mountains with some guys that are just incredibly good.

Did a weigh in at 173lb, looks like I put some lbs back, but I have actually been eating decent, lots more vegetables and a lot more water, so my diet has improved a lot overall even during my break.

First workout tomorrow ... got a nice long block of time to try and stick to it for quite a few months without too many long interruptions, so we shall see!

    One thing that's nice about the spark program is that it trains you to (1) know your portions and (2) enjoy exercise. I've found when I slack from spark, I don't put much weight back on. I found this with WW, too.
