Back at it, again!

So I'm back on the horse and going steady now. I've been working out every day for the past 12 days, a personal best! I've lost 2 pounds so far, and I'm really looking forward to losing more. This time around, I want to lose approximately 80 lbs.
So, what have I been doing? I've been walking a lot, doing the Reebok Total Body Workout kit, going on my elliptical machine, and doing crunches. I've also been drinking a LOT of water, eating smaller portions (on a smaller plate, no less), eating only when I'm hungry, and cutting out sugary drinks (I still drink Coke Zero). Wow, that's a lot of stuff! I hadn't realized until I typed it all out ;-)
