I was just reading a SparkPeople article about writing down amain trouble goal in your life. I would have to say that my trouble goal is not tracking my food. When I first joined I would get on here everyday and track my food consumption. It really helped me to stay focused and not overeat. While I was doing this I was also actively exercising. Now that I am not tracking my food I have noticed that I have started to eat unhealthy once again. All I can do is to start fresh tommorrow!
