The Start of Swimsuit Bootcamp

DAY 1: My measurements Waist - 39.5, Hips - 46, Neck 14.75, Weight 187!

GOALS: for May are to lose 8 lbs. It's been hard to even lose 1 lb. per week before. I would also like to lose at least 1" off waist and 1" off hips.

ACCOMPLISH: I would like to have more energy and learn some different exercises. I would like to jump start my metabolism.
