And still feeling good! I'm thrilled to still be on track this week and feel energized and upbeat. I'm currently on track to have a calorie deficit of 2600!!! Yipee! Last night I did have a little hiccup and ate a few chocolate chip cookies (naughty, naughty)! BUT...I decided to add extra cardio this morning to make up for it so all is good. Today is a cardio only day. I did my bike this morning and I'm off at 9:30 to do 30mins of the rowing machine. It's my first time on it so it should prove interesting. I want to continue to vary my workouts and try different machines etc. Definitely keeps it from getting boring! I'm really enjoying the gym. Hard to believe I never realized it before but oh well. I've never done the gym thing per say. I have done various classes but not the machines etc. So now I'm loving being a gym rat! I was a bit nervous at first with all the fit women/men flitting about looking all confident and sure of themselves, like they knew what they were doing. I on the other hand felt awkward and silly but I pushed on...paid very close attention to the directions on each machine, made sure I took it slow and continue to focus on doing the exercise correctly and efficiently. I want to do it right! After all if anything is worth doing it's worth doing right!!! I've even asked a few questions to the other members and the instructors when I haven't been sure. I feel good cause everyday I do more and every day I get better and every day is one day closer to that body that I crave!!! So as I always say...ONWARD and UPWARD!!! emoticon

No sense in doing any exercise if you don't have good form. You are very smart to ask!
