Week # 3 - Day One (Good so far)

Well today has been good. Did my 30min HIIT and then lower body work, legs-back & abs. Feeling pretty good. Although the kids, hubby and I went to McD's (I know bad but we only go a few times a year) I just had a small fries and Grilled Snack Wrap so it was good. My Hubby and I are going to a pool party the end of June and it's a real motivator for me (it will be 2 wks past my 6wks of my personal challenge/exercising 6 days a week (religiously) and no more than 1350 calories a day). So far I'm feeling great, not tired or week actually energized. As long as I get 7hrs sleep a night I'm good. I really want to work hard this month and look good in the suit so I'm pushing myself. Today I'm at a 615 calorie deficit...so all is good! Aiming for over 2500 again this week!!! ONWARD and UPWARD!!!
