Week 3 - Continued (Day 3)

Today is a good day...eating well, energized and had a great upper body workout. (also my bike this morning). Feeling good. I looked at myself last night in the mirror and even though this challenge is just underway (only 3rd wk) I honestly think I see some changes. Lowering my calorie intake to the lower end of my range has helped and surprisingly my energy level isn't suffering (only if I stay up too late the night before). So I'm burning fat and that feels good. I also don't feel hungry but rather satisfied. Eating the 5-6 meals a day is so much better for me both physically and mentally. As of today I'm at a 1450 calorie deficit, well on my way to a 2700 weekly goal. My hubby said I look fabulous (although he always emphasizes that I have always looked fabulous to him) but it makes me feel good that he too is noticing the changes. So 3&1/2 weeks to go in this challenge and all is well. Can't wait to see what I look like in my bikini when the time comes and if there are anymore changes.
