Sore throat...but still sticking to it (Week 4)

O.k. I want to say I'm proud of myself for sticking with my plan over the weekend and today but boy do I have a sore throat. I've tried gurgling and lozanges but it still hurts. Mostly in the morning and at night. Definitely not fun. I'm trying to work through it. I don't want to let it be an excuse to not exercise or not follow my food etc. If it's a cold I don't really have other symtoms just the sore throat and a bit of coughing. I'm going to my Drs today and I hope he gives me some meds as I'm thinking it's probably strep or another throat infection. I haven't had a throat this sore since I was a kid. So still working at it even though I don't really want to. At the gym I had to really push through. My mind just wasn't into it so I had to keep reminding myself to focus...take the weight slow and stead and really concentrate on the muscle contracting. I made sure to push till my muscles were tired. When I was done (about 45mins) my shoulders, biceps and lower back was shakey so I know that it was a good work-out. I pushed my body and I know that I'll see results...I just have to keep it up. Energy wise I feel pretty good. I don't feel hungry...calories are still good as well...calorie deficit today is...527 (if I keep with my pre-planned meals). So it's going well...ONWARD and UPWARD.
